Hi MR, I am a new user of iphone. how to see the series of my iphone, uninstall some applications and download new applications such as games for example. thank you

Settings > General > About
This will allow you to see all data/info about the iphone, serial number, software version etc etc.
To download applications you will need a itunes account,
follow this link

You can then download free and also paid for software via the appstore, on your iphone
To delete software just hold the keep ur finger on the iphone screen (whilsts the screen is unlocked) for a few seconds, once a little "x" appears next to the software.
all software with x ona re deletable, the rest are not.
