battery fully charged but dies suddenly

My battery was fully charged, about 2 weeks old. As I was making a call, the battery just dies, the phone never come on again

First try this: charge it for 30 minutes, then reboot by pressing and holding Home Button and Power Button together for 12~15 seconds i.e. until phone restarts, if it does.

iPhone 4/4S has a tendency to die suddenly and usually wakes up by rebooting. Otherwise either the battery completely died or the screen is dead (connect to iTunes and see if recognized to confirm good phone but bad screen), or a short occurred on the board and prevents it from booting again.
