Why is my internet so slow?
My computer takes a long time to load while I'm on the internet, how can I fix this?

You may need to reset you modem to ensure a proper connection, try to disconnect then reconnect to the internet. If that doesn’t work unplug your modem for 60 seconds, before plugging it back in. A more detailed description of possible causes and solutions to this problem can be found here.
