I want to ask about my iPhone 4S, current version is IOS9 ,and then how I can downgrade to IOS6 . It is due to when I upgrade IOS 9 my IPhone will become lag so I want to downgrade . Got someone got solution to help me ?

You need to wait for you current firmware to be jailbreakable and you can use tools to help trick the device into thinking ios6 is signed.

You have to first jailbreak the current firmware and then downgrade to ios6 which will erase your jailbreak and you will be left with stock ios6. was it io6 before update , ? you would of needed to save the shsh blobs otherwise its highly unlikely its going to work

The only say you can downgrade is if you have saved signed SHSH blobs from before for that iOS version like seller1978 said.
