My laptop wifi shows limited access which result in no internet access at all but it works fine on other device such as mobile. Help me please

Did you recently upgrade to windows 10 and then this issue started happening? If so, try removing McAfee, AVG or any other antivirus programs you have installed as this may fix this issue.

Its in windows 8 and for the system model and wifi AP you requested could you please guide me because im a rookie in this kind of things

Can you tell us what your system model is? Also what is your WiFi AP device is and if you know what is the WiFi standard it supports i.e.: 802.11n or 802.11ac?
