HTC One M8 T-Mobile Charging port replacement

I have an HTC One M8 that I purchased from T-Mobile, and it's not able to fully charge. I have tried multiple chargers and multiple USB cables (including the ones that came with the phone) but I have to keep adjusting the cable to get it to charge. The battery is fine once it actually charges and it can hold a charge just fine. The problem seems that the Micro USB port on the phone itself has become too loose to work properly and needs replacing. I see that iFixit has the Charging board for a Sprint and a Verizon edition phones, but I don't see one for T-Mobile phones. Where can I get a replacement part that will fit my phone?
