Aquí hay un enlace que muestra cómo reemplazar un actuador defectuoso de la puerta . No sé si este es su problema o no, pero si usted lee los comentarios a continuación el video (lo siento es en Inglés , por lo que tendrá que traducir ) hay soluciones a otros problemas con la puerta .

Here is a link which shows how to replace a faulty actuator in the door. I don't know if this is your problem or not but if you read the comments below the video (sorry it is in English, so you'll have to translate) there are solutions to other problems with the door.
