Screen and digitizer adhesive option?iPad Mini 3

is it possibly to use LOCA GLUE to bond the digitizer and screen on my iPad mini 3 because i know the iPad mini 4 has it bond it looks better and haves better color contrast?

Don't use LOCA glue.

The answer is no you CANNOT bond the lcd and digitizer with loca glue. It will ruin the backlight of the lcd. Just follow instructions on ifixit guides on ipad mini digitizer replacement.
