Can I replace the L+R ribbons if one breaks?

I was pulling off my lower case when I sneezed and completely broke the ribbon connecting my motherboard to my R shoulder button. Is it possible to replace this?

Yep im pretty sure you can.

As for parts try searching ebay for "3ds right shoulder button"
