Security Error & Network Lock

I bought this Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-925T unlocked phone, worked for 6 months fine. Now it is suddenly started :

Getting these errors:

Security Error:.

This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked,

Call your mobile operator for additional support.

Please note that repair/return for this issue may have additional cost.

Network Lock:

"This device can be remotely unlocked if eligible. Please use the "Device Unlock" application to unlock the device, Make sure the device has an internet connectivity to use the "Device Unlock" application.

Updated the firmware to latest via Kia's.

Reset the phone to factory default settings.

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Check if your phone still has a serial number and IMEI instead of blank / null / unknown in the phone settings.

Where did you buy the phone from? Sounds like it got reported stolen so it has a blacklisted IMEI.

Have both the Serial number & IMEI number....bought this from a guys of Craigs lIst.

Any advise how to check the blacklisted IMEI?

I have had the same problem for the past year. This happened out of nowhere and I lost my imei . I went to get this fixed and got my imei back but the error still showed up. I even went to Samsung kies and installed the original OS. I don't no the problem and I need help.
