logic board upgrade (MacBook mid-2010 to MacBook mid-2012)
Hi. I have a macbook pro mid 2010. My video card is damaged. The computer often unexpected system restarts (GPU PANIC). Apple Authorized Service said it is necessary to replace the LOGIC BOARD. This service is very expensive in my country (Brazil). I'm trying to buy the card in the US. I wonder if I can take the occasion to upgrade by installing a mid-2012 pro macbook logic board in place of the logic board of the MacBook Pro mid-2010. The case (unibody) is compatible? thankyou.
Is this a good question?
