BLU Pure XL TouchPal 2015 has stopped Working
Yesterday March 27, 2016 There was an update in my Blu Life Pure XL phone, in which it asked me if i wanted to update it. I did, unfortunately when it finished installing, a message in my phone appeared which said: Touchpal 2015 has stopped Working. I've tried many things in fixing the problem but there wasn't any luck. It also told me if i wanted to send an error report, but I can't send one since I can't use the phone's keyboard. Anyone has any idea how I can fix or forward this to the company?
