Vertical white lines on screen and half of touchscreen is unresponsive

I just dropped my iPhone 5C, and now there are some horizontal white lines coming down from the top right side of the display, and the entire right side of the screen doesn't respond to touch input. So I can slide to unlock from the left side, but unfortunately two of my passcode digits are on the right side so I can't even unlock my phone.

I think I might try getting the iPhone 5c LCD Screen and Digitizer Full Assembly - Fix Kit and replacing it.

I just want to make sure that will actually fix my problem. Is that what I'm going to need?

Additionally, the top right corner is a bit loose, like it pops out of the casing a little bit, will that be fixed too?
