Dropped PS4, Ordered replacement fan

I dropped my PS4 recently everything seems to be in working order except for the fan not spinning. After its on for a bit it will spin on high blast and not shut off. I also noticed clicking noises. Is this something that just replacing the fan will solve? Or could this be a bigger issue?

Start by replacing the fan , but the clicking noise could also be the hard drive. when a hard drive experiences an impact it starts to click before total failure. You may be lucky and the clicking may just be the fan hitting the shroud replacing the fan will eliminate the possibility if it still clicks after the fan is replaced then look at replacing the hard drive

It doesn't sound like the usual HDD sound of failure. The fan tries to start up when the system turns on but then doesn't move until system gets close to overheating, then it proceeds to go into overdrive. But my new fan is coming in today and I will update. Everything seems to be in working condition other then the fan though.

I dropped my PS4 and stopped working. I got it repaired with new fan, hard drive, motherboard, and etc. But still is giving me problems. :(
