Options

downgrade to older airport wireless card if it is still 802.11ac

Is it possible to place an older model's airport card into my early 2015 if it is still 802.11ac? My wifi is not working but I have no other computer to test my current card in, and do not have a spare 2015 version. I just need to identify if this is the only non-functioning hardware.

It's probably still under warranty, get Apple to fix it for free.
