Help me Touch ID don't work

Hi

I have replace the lightning connector (two time)

Now the Touch ID don't work

(Home button go well)

Is possible know if the ID work when the iPhone is open so i can do some test or it work only after iphone is close?

Did you replace the home button? That would kill the touch ID.

if you replaced home button then that would be the reason, however you only mention changing dock twice.

you can certainly still test the Touch ID and home button when phone is open (obviously as long as its connected )

my guess is you've pinched or torn the cable and theres no going back from that. those cables are very flimsy and don't stand up to much. The more you disconnect/connect/open and close, then the weaker that cable can become and just come apart .

Take off and re-plug all other connector?

Try a power cycle /ie home /power button thing . but I doubt it. Most likely damaged the flex it sounds like
