How to replace main fan M8493 model

Hi folks !

I have a PM G4 quicksilver and I would like to replace the main FAN.

MAy I have some help from you.

tnx you fer your prompt, I did it and it is like fingers in the nose.

not too easy getting out this fan in my area. I replaced by the same size unit but different brand.

I just did it to make sure this was right. There are only three screws to remove. One is on the bottom middle frame of the fan cage, one is the screw to the left holding the cable bunch and one is the screw on the top left of the frame just under the power supply.

This answer was helpful with the info, however not helpful as the link to Apple discussions no longer exsists. Im only guessing its the fan as its always run with an even sound, but suddenly started making noise like playing cards in a bicycle wheel. Nothing fell inside or anything like that. Sounds like its coming from the fan, so that was my first guess. Any other ideas?
