some items of Human Interface Devices in device manager are lost

Hello.

Windows of my laptop is 10.

The question is: Why sometimes some items in Human Interface Devices are decreased.

For example touch ability of laptop will be disabled when it lost touch screen item in the list.

Hi,

Download and install the latest 'pointing device' drivers for Win10 for your laptop. (Smart Gesture 4.0.9)

If you are still having problems after installing the Smart Gesture drivers also download and install the ATK V1.0.0041 package. Only do this if necessary.

Do not install all the available drivers from this link, only do the ones you need. If it is already working properly, leave it alone.
