Why isn't my phone charging?

I have a BLU Vivo Air and it won't charge. I have tried switching the cables and it still won't charge. It will not charge unless I hold at a certain positon. Even if it is charged the batter does not last more than 30 minutes.

Options

You will have to replace connector - not an easy task because is soldered on Motherboard so you will have to find somebody with micro soldering skills and equipment.
