2 Why is my tablet stuck on the logo screen?
I have attempted to turn my tablet on and off several times but it is stuck on the logo screen.

If the tablet continues to get stuck at the logo screen after attempting a soft reset, a hard reset of the software is most likely needed. Refer to the troubleshooting page for directions on performing a hard reset. Before doing this, be sure to back up any personal data, as this will reset the device to factory settings.
