iPhone Disabled 24 million minutes

I've tried everything I can, I tried restoring and updating the phone and It won't work. Now all I get is a black screen with the minutes on it. What can I do to fix it?

Thanks for the help!

If the iPhone got restored it would remove that iPhone disabled. To enter recovery mode you turn your phone off while the cable is plugged into computer then you hold the home button and turn the phone on while holding it. Keep holding it until you see the iTunes logo on the screen indicating that it is in recovery mode.

You then click on restore on iTunes to restore the iPhone.

Actually I tried doing that and nothing happened, instead the phone just went black and tells me the minutes. The screen doesn't give you any options. It's just plain black screen and the time I have to wait.

Then hold the home button and power button until it shuts off and then keep holding the home button until it shows iTunes symbol. If that still doesn't work with the cable plugged in then you may have a faulty power button or home button.

And when I mean turn off. I mean hold the power button until the power off dialog shows them slide to power off as instructed.
