Why doesn’t my Bluetooth work?
I’m having trouble pairing my iPhone to the speaker. It shows up on my phone, but it doesn’t show that the Bluetooth is working

Check to see if there are multiple devices connected to the speaker. If this does not work, check our troubleshooting page for more information. You may need to replace the Bluetooth antenna.
