My ps3 still overheats after about 5 mins

i cleaned all the dust from my ps3 replaced heat paste but my ps3 still overheats after about 5 mins

Damage has already been done to the CPU / GPU chip. The temporary solution is to reflow the GPU and CPU die/chip in an attempt to get the solder joints to the logic board connected properly. The new PS3 models if I can remember have this issue fixed for overheating. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
