The Virus that is in your computer cannot just be erased there will be registry entries and hidden files that will keep popping up over and over again . There are two ways to remove this. One is with an antivirus program run from an outside source such as a jump drive and the second is to reformat your computer which is the best option . If you try to use a program to remove it you may not get it all and any damage that the virus has caused will remain . Save your important data , your Documents Photos and contacts Then once you have your important stuff saved on an external drive or storage device reformat your computer. Then reinstall a fresh copy of windows. but before you do you must retrieve your OEM key . The windows activation key . You can run this program to find it . https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfind... Once you have your key reinstall windows . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjuT1mvr...

Or use another tutorial to help install If you've never do it then watch a few to get a clear idea of how to install it. Hope this helps
