A fake computer fixer program got into my laptop.I asked around and was told to erase the computer.I found it on the Control Panel" and erased it.This fake program had gotten into my files,evetything. The Virus that is in your computer cannot just be erased there will be registry entries and hidden files that will keep popping up over and over again . There are two ways to remove this. One is with an antivirus program run from an outside source such as a jump drive and the second is to reformat your computer which is the best option . If you try to use a program to remove it you may not get it all and any damage that the virus has caused will remain . Save your important data , your Documents Photos and contacts Then once you have your important stuff saved on an external drive or storage device reformat your computer.Then reinstall a fresh copy of windows. but before you do you must retrieve your OEM key .
