1 My blu 4.0 is not coming on
my phone is reaching the first screen and is just blinking and is not coming on,the battery is good

Please power off your phone.
Next press and hold Volume Down + Menu button + Power button until you see menu of Recovery mode. I had same problem with studio 6.0 and it did it several time so i just factory reset it and took it back. I never had any problems with my 5.5 c till i dropped it in the can.. good luck

some blue phones have problem with the power button so just press the power button continually good luck!!
