battery won't charge at all
we just had new motherbord put in and new battery replaced at same time, we just replaced power cord and still no charge

Why did you have all this done? Sounds like you have a bad DC in port and possibly a bad technician or used Best Buy. Please tell us exactly which machine you have. Was this water or liquid damaged?
