Why is my screan not turning on?

So today i tried to fix my iPhone 6 screen and i have fixed iPhone screens before and it usually turned out pretty well. well i installed the frame to the new screen and digitizer. i want to note that the screen turned on and everything before i put the frame on. Now when i try to turn the screen on it remains black and nothing happens. ANY THOUGHTS?? anything would help, thank you -Cam

i was also extremely rough on the top camera and speaker connectors.

This definetly sounds like water damage. Pull the battery, and put the phone in something that will dry it (like rice) and leave it for a day or two. Make sure the back, battery and phone itself are all separate in the rice to ensure everything gets dried.

Try holding down the power and homebutton until you see the apple logo

Try the reset, if that doesn't work open the phone and make sure all the connectors are connected properly, they should snap like Legos. If you didn't use gloves during the repair use some 91% alcohol and clean the connector maybe you got some oil on them. If no luck try putting the damaged screen back on to see if that one works maybe you have a defective screen.
