Battery icon shows is discharged when not

Hi,

I have recectly replaced the battery of my Ipod Clasic 80GB.

It works correctly but has a problem. New battery duration is 25hours. But the battery icon always show low battery despite it have charging all night. The icon battery not goes up.

Any suggestion to solve this issue?
