My MacBook will not boot properly

When I boot up my MacBook it comes up with a couple of windows that cannot be closed and nothing can be opened or closed, the Track Pad works only to move the cursor. The computer has not been dropped or had any liquid spilled on it.

Hi,

as first perform NVRAM reset:

Command-Option-P-R Reset NVRAM. Release the keys after you hear the startup sound again, it might help

if not, try to boot in safe mode:

Shift ⇧ Start up in Safe Mode and report results then.
