Will not charge low battery

Hi

I had to change the screen on the iphone 5C (which i have done several times on these phones) as well as the charger port. All seemed quite easy but as i hadnt changed the charger port before all went well. Put phone back together but all i get now is when plugged in i can see the battery symbol showing a slight red at the end and thats it even after leaving for over an hour. Also when i pull the charging cable out i get the cable symbol appear so somethings happening but not sure if i have missed something

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi Ian

The first thing you should do is get working battery and see if it is charging with it. If it is not charging with new known good battery this mean your logic board is damaged.

Good luck
