Why won't my lcd screen light up?

I changed the frame. The phone powers up but the lcd screen won't light up. The lcd worked up until the last time I put on the phone.

dismantle it and put back together again as it look like LCD connector is not snapped in correctly, there is detailed diy : Samsung Galaxy S5 Display Assembly Replacement
