rajveer43 if you have weird colors after you dropped your laptop sounds like you broke the LCD. This is going by your description only. For confirmation post an image of what your screen shows with your question. For that use this guide. That way we can see what you see.

I hope display is gone. Better approach authorized laptop showroom and use your warranty.
