windshield wiper motor not parking in right position

while driving my driver side wiper quit working. It turned out to be the linkage under the cowl. I replaced the linkage, but now the wipers park in the middle of windshield. any suggestions?

@yippyskippy what vehicle is it? when you replaced the linkage you had the windshield wiper motor turned of before so that it "parked" in the right position?

In my experience an s depending on the car make and model, you may be able to adjust the wiper arm by removing it and then repositioning the arm to the correct "stop" position.
