mouse pad not working.

My MacBook Pro`s mouse pad is not working after I replace the battery. And I change the battery to original one then is working. May I know what problem is it?

It sounds like the battery is physically applying pressure to the trackpad from underneath. Perhaps you can alleviate some pressure by loosely putting in the try wing screws instead instead of tightening them down all the way.

In addition, there is a positioning screw in the bottom– middle of the trackpad. Using the T6, give that screw a tiny little turn clockwise, That might loosen it up.
