Missing capacitor from logicboard

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. The phone will not recognize touch (after an accidental drop) and I started working on replacing the two components in charge of this operation: BCM5976 and TI343S0694.

After removing the chips and cleaning the board, I noticed that a capacitor is missing as well as some pads.

My questions are:

  • Is this capacitor important? or can I make a jumper?
  • Based on the missing pads: Are there any chances of restoring touch after replacing the faulty ICs?

That should be an inductor. It's for NFC signal, if you don't use Apple Pay, that inductor is useless.
