Why itunes does'not respond when I connet my iPod?
I can't transfer any file in my ipod without cauzing a crash.What's wrong?

sounds like your harddrive is broken, I have seen this problem before...

are you sure? And where can I find a new hard drive?
Does your iPod still function normal? Have you tried a different computer? Have you tried the diagnostics mode? What have you tried? Reinstalled iTunes? You will have to give us a bit more information.

I have tried everything. My ipod erased all my songs. I have tried another computer and diagnostic mode but nothing worked...
