1 Why won't my device connect?
The speaker is on, but no music is playing and I cannot get my device to connect to connect the speaker.

Make sure that your device has bluetooth turned on. Your device must be in discoverable mode, and the speaker must be in bluetooth search mode. If you still can't get your device to connect to your speaker through bluetooth, then connect to the speaker using an auxiliary cord.
