Why can't my GameBoy Advance SP read the game card
my Gameboy wont read the game chip and its a working chip it works on my other gameboy

Most likely, your card slot is dirty. Get a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol and give the contacts a good cleaning.
If that doesn't help then something has gone bad on your system motherboard and you're going to want to inspect the board for lifted pins or burnt traces.

I have the same problem but the game only loads if I put pressure on the L and R buttons. If I remove the pressure the game becomes really glitchy and the sound distorts. Is there a way I could fix this or is my system doomed
by that one guy
