Hi,
You cannot upgrade the RAM in this notebook.
Here is the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. It states in the specifications (scroll to p.25), that 8GB is the maximum amount.
There is no mention in the manual on removing or replacing memory (RAM), whereas it describes how to remove most everything else. It is probably mounted directly on the motherboard. This is confirmed by this ram supplier who shows that the ram is non removable.
