I have two questions:
1. Is the battery for MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 still in stock? I need one for my macbook.
2. My macbook's speaker jars a lot, is there a sub woofer in this model??

Yes! and Yes!
1.) iFixit sells the battery you need. You can find it here.
2.) There is a subwoofer in this model. Many users have experienced audio distortion and shaking from the right speaker/ subwoofer when they turn the volume about 50%, so you aren't the only one. If the shaking continues to bother you, check out this guide to replace or repair the subwoofer and right speaker.
