9 Why is my battery life so short?
In order to use my tablet, I have to keep it plugged in or else it'll turn off. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

Ryan, there are two possible issues with your device: 1.) It may be that your battery needs to be replaced, or 2.) your charging port is damaged. Please refer to our Troubleshooting Guide for further assistance.
