Wifi greyed, bluetooth circling, flashlight, and earpiece inop?

Disassembled my IPhone 6 the other day to straighten the case after it had been bent in my back pocket. just removed the screen as I have done a few times on previous iPhones'. Put it back together and the Wi-Fi is grayed out, the Bluetooth just has the spinning wheel of death, flashlight does not work and earpiece does not work. The phone worked flawless before I removed the screen. Minor movement of the case during the repair. I have taken it apart a few more times and ensured all the connectors were connected properly, froze, heated, restored, and reset with no fix. I have checked this thing out top to bottom with no flaws that I can see. Am I missing something or is there anyone that knows a way that I don't. Any help would be appreciated.

So the case was bent. Did you at least loosen the screws on the logic board or taken out the logic board before bending it back?

If you didn't you might have damaged the circuitry in the logic board which connects the components on the board together. If this is the case, this is not worth fixing and you're better off getting another phone.

Edit: Well the logic board can still get damaged either way but the chances are lower if you have at least loosened the screws on the logic board or took it out before unbending it.

I did loosen some scews, mostly around the top since it was bent around the volume button. Apparently not enough though, just ponied up and paid for a replacement.

If this was for a customer:

When you are required to bend the frame back significantly, tell the customer that the phone may not work after doing so as the logic board has been flexed (bent due to the bent frame). As bending it back cause the circuits inside the logic board to become damaged, and some or all functionality of the phone will be lost in worst case scenarios.
