Check to see if your k-cup is seated correctly in the chamber. It may just be out of position and the needle located where the k-cup is placed is not puncturing the device properly.

The needle of your Keurig may also be clogged with coffee grinds and gunk, you should clean it off with a cotton swab if the problem persists.

Check out this troubleshooting guide if you need more assistance.

@abornemann what needle? Where is it located? How do I clean those? Why would a clogged needle cause this?

@rosiecheeksxoxo I do realize that this is an assignment but if your Keurig would really have those symptoms, follow this guide to show you what and how to clean. Slightly different model, same principle.
