Why does my Zoomer not respond to my commands?
My Zoomer doesn't adjust direction or turn when I wave my hands.

Hi Luke.
It could be that you are too far from the Zoomer Dino Indominous Rex, please move closer to your Boomer. The ideal range is from 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) towards the Dino's sensors. Moreover, your motion must not be above or below Dino's sensors by 4 inches (10 cm). Please visit our troubleshooting page if you have any further question.
