I've recently restored the iPod touch twice at the apple store. I've purchased music directly from the Touch and when I sync, it removes the music from the ipod Touch and places it in my iTunes library.
It will sync photos and apps, however it will not sync Music or Videos. When I try to sync music or videos, it just freezes. Help

Download and install iTunes 10 and try again. If this fails, please tell us what you are using it on and what operating system.

I'm having the same problem. I have iTunes 10. I'm using it on a desktop computer running windows 7.
