Boot loop please help

Looped threw Apple logo and would flash a blue screen before restarting. Put it in recovery mode and tried restoring but failed with error (9) then stuck in recovery

Sorry to say but the NAND chip on the phone is most likely busted. I would contact apple if for an replacement if you still have warranty on it.
