Time display dark and washer won't fill

I moved recently. the movers did not drain the washer. The water valve broke. I replaced it and now the washer display comes on lights up but the time display remains dark. When I push the start button nothing happens. the water never starts to flow, the lid does not lock and the cycle does not start.

I was told to replace the control module. I changed it and there was no change. what next? A new washer?

Is this a 110V wall plug or a 220V? If a 220 V use a multi meter and see if both sides are hot. Also flip the breakers to reset them. Unplug the machine before doing so and leave it unplugged for five minutes.
