My Microsoft Surface 2 turns on, but Windows will not boot

When my Microsoft Surface 2 turns on, Windows does not boot and the American Megatrends TPM logo appears. Any help?

Options

This screen often appears after a system restart. A keyboard is mandatory to fix this problem. To solve this issues, press F12 or fn+F12 on the Surface 2 typing cover. Doing this will allow Windows to start up.
