Auxiliary/ Bluetooth not working

I have an issue where I unplug my device from the auxiliary cord and then try to use Bluetooth and it wont work. What do I do?

Options

Make sure auxiliary cord is unplugged from the Magicbox as well as it can lower the quality or even block Bluetooth connection.
