Why will my phone not connect to the speaker?
The Bluetooth on my phone is on and the speaker appears on the device list on the phone but they will not pair together.

The speaker may be connected to another device, only 1 device may be connected at one time. Ensure the speaker is not connected to any other device by powering it off and and back on and reconnecting.
